Situated in the mist of a magnificent luxuriant autochthonous Canary palm grove, are the building making up the rural hotel
"
El Molino Del Agua",
constructed using the over
200 years old premises of the country estate known as "
Cercados de Fataga".

On the same estate, at a distance of 100 metres from the main building,
we find the mill that gives the the hotel its name and is known as
"
Molino de Cazorla"
in the vicinity.

This mill   has been restored by hotel's owners and declared a building  of cultural and historical interest by the Canary Autonomous Government. Its construction dates back to 1880 and its blades (situated under the tower) were moved by water power to grind the popular and indispensable "gotio" (maize meal).
